ROSE OTTO ( Rosa damascena ) Rose oil is an excellent beauty oil for skin care and is harmonizing for ALL skin types. Rosa damascena's skin nourishing action makes it a useful addition to most facial and skin care formulas. Its cooling effect is ideal for soothing sensitive or inflamed cell tissue. Rose oil promotes cellular regeneration. Rose oil's cleansing, moisturizing and tonic properties make it excellent choice for smoothing and softening facial lines and wrinkles. Rose oil is especially nourishing and balancing for Mature, Sensitive and Dry Skin types. Use Rose oil to fade old scars, blend with Carrot Seed and Helichrysum to enhance this effect!

CARROT SEED ( Daucas carota ) This is a lovely and sweet smelling distillation of carrot seed, most can be rather bitter and unpleasant. Carrot seed oil is the very best oil I've experienced for regenerating mature skin cell tissue and is often used in blends for treating scars. Carrot seed oil has potent anti-oxidant properties and is thought to promote tone and elasticity to the skin cell tissue through its ability stimulate the formation of red blood cells. Only a very small amount is needed to produce excellent results. 

YLANG YLANG III ( Cananga odorata ~ True Ylang Ylang ) Ylang Ylang has been traditionally used in beauty and skin care as its plant hormones promote cellular regeneration. Its moisture balancing effect on the skin's natural sebum production, makes Ylang Ylang suitable for sensitive, oily, dry and mature skin types.
 

SPIKENARD ( Nardostachys jatamansi ) Narde restores balance to the skin's natural sebum production and is good for ALL skin types. Superb for skin care and rejuvenating mature skin Spikenard is excellent for healing many skin conditions. Spikenard promotes healthy skin through stimulating circulation of blood, lymph and nerve supply. Its skin nourishing properties support the formation of healthy skin cell tissue and help you maintain a clear, smooth complexion and youthful appearance. Spikenard may be helpful for treating chronic or stubborn skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis.

FRANKINCENSE ( Boswelia fereana ) Frankincense regenerates skin cell tissue and is beneficial for ALL skin types. It tones and balances the skin's natural sebum production, making it especially nourishing for oily and mature skin.
 

PATCHOULI ( Pogostemon patchouli ) An excellent skin tonic Patchouli is often used in many synergistic skin care formulas. Its regulating properties act to tone and strengthen skin cell tissue, as well as regulate oily and combination skin conditions. Patchouli’s action is similar to Sandalwood  and Myrrh for rejuvenating chapped, cracked, or mature and sensitive skin. As Patchouli has antiseptic properties it is also useful for controlling acne outbreaks.

FACIAL MASSAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Give yourself a relaxing facial massage with this exquisite Beauty Oil. Dispense a small amount of oil on your finger tips and, starting at your décolletage, make gentle circles with your finger tips, moving upwards and covering your entire face, ending at your forehead and temples. Finish your relaxing facial massage with long, slow, even upward strokes beginning at your décolletage and moving upward to your forehead and temples. Allow the oils to saturate and nourish your facial skin cell tissue for up to one hour before rinsing thoroughly with a gentle cleanser. Or you may use a facial steam to help the oils penetrate and nourish your skin, or circle-drape a wet, hot hand towel over your face after your facial massage and relax for 10-15 minutes or until your towel cools.

Remember to drink plenty of pure, fresh water. The general rule for the minimum amount to drink is half your body weight in ounces of water daily. Fluids like soda, tea and coffee are known to have a dehydrating effect on the body and mind.
