The late Mr. Tom Bowen of Perth, Australia discovered this gentle yet powerful technique for promoting breast health during the mid-1900's.
REVIEW BASIC MOVES: Your first move is always above the nipple with your breath out and toward the midline of your body. And your second move is always under your nipple with your breath out and toward the outside of your body. You are contacting the tissue beneath your skin, not just sliding across the skin.
REMEMBER: The Natural Breast Health Procedure is so powerful for promoting balance and stimulating blood, lymph and nerve supply and the release of toxins that it is not recommended for women with breast implants!

I've been educating women about the importance of routine, natural breast health care for the past 30 years and recently produced this DVD demonstrating one of the most amazing hands-on healing techniques I've ever taught as a health care educator. Ongoing research for the technique is being conducted at Yale Medical Research Center and the Bowen Research and Training Institute.

Bowen therapy is currently being researched in hopes to better understand why this gentle, noninvasive and holistic system of healing is so effective. The International Bowen Therapy Academy Conference is being hosted in June 2006 by Yale University where a Masters Degree program is being offered.
