Visualization
of the Affects of Your Intentions Imagine our planet
Mother Earth, Gaia, with layers of
atmosphere surrounding her like veils. These
atmospheric layers contain all the vital
levels of essential gases needed to sustain
life on Mother Gaia. Without this
atmospheric envelope surrounding Mother Gaia
our planet would be barren and without life.
Now visualize this same kind of envelope
surrounding your own body. Your energetic
envelope extends about 6-12 inches (or more)
out from the surface of your body. It
contains all the vital life force energy, or
prana, you need to be alive. Simply by
thinking positive and loving thoughts about
yourself, such as, "I am love, I love, I am
loved," repetitively you
can expand your energy field, or aura. You
can also shrink your auric field by thinking
negative thoughts about yourself. As you
affirm who you think you are you are
actively adding to the vitality of your
health and well-being at an energetic level.
Let's
expand this metaphor by including all
sentient, beings in our affirmation
about who we think we are for in truth at
the core of our being we recognize our
energetic connection with all living beings,
and that we are all one. Quantum physics has
now shown that there is in fact no
separation between things. So, when you have
a negative thought projection about another
sentient being you in fact are affirming
that negative thought about your own being.
Another way of saying this is, What we
recognize, and choose to focus on in another
person we are strengthening in our self.
Visualization exercise:
When you are meditating in the universal
heart visualize our entire planet, Mother
Gaia, embraced and contained within your own
auric field of love, peace, and healing. See
yourself as one with all of life on our
planet, Mother Gaia.
Taking a moment to do this
simple visualization daily will increase and
fortify your auric field with positive
energy, and will enhance your health, and
well-being, as well as make you more
magnetic and attractive for positive
experiences, as well as serve as protection and
immunity from any negative thought projections.
You can learn to take responsibility for
managing your energy system, and take steps
to be the master of your life experiences.
Remember to extend compassion to everyone,
including most of all yourself!
