Rainbow Light Breathing - First Chakra - Healing Mantra

THIRD ACTION EXERCISE - Rainbow Bridge is a term used in esoteric healing for the circuits of energy that connect your physical life form with your transpersonal Divine Nature. This series of guided visualizations is for clearing, balancing and charging all of your 7 major energy systems, or chakras.

Sit comfortably with your spine erect and focus on your breath. Inhale slowly and allow your lungs to fill with oxygen. Visualize the oxygen you breathe in being filled with the rainbow light of Prana, or vital life force energy.

See this Pranic light, or life force energy, vibrating with all the colors of the rainbow as it fills your lungs and is delivered through your blood stream to all the cells of your body. As you exhale see any toxic residue leave your energy system with each outbreath.

Focus your awareness at your First or Base (Muladhara) Chakra, your vital root center. See a warm red light pulising with energy. This is your procreative life force energy. It's nature is forceful and passionate.

Recite this mantra aloud six times. I GROW, I LOVE, I CREATE, I TRANSMUTE. Then recite this same mantra silently within yourself. Remember to inhale fully and exhale as you recite this mantra.

Now sound the note LA in a low base voice and focus your awareness at the Base Chakra, located at the end of your spine, the serpent's tailbone.

You have completed the first cycle for clearing, balancing and charging your Rainbow Bridge. Emotional stagnation or blockage in the Base Chakra emits lower frequency energies of frustration, rage and passion. Related imbalanced conditions include: sciatica, prostrate, uterine, ovarian and hemorrhoids.

In the Next article in this series, "Rainbow Light Breathing in the First to Second Chakras with Healing Mantras," you will move your awareness to your Second or Sexual Center, also know as the Spleen Center. Its color is pink, the color of relationship, and its primary function is purification and health. Emotional stagnation or blockage in this Chakra emits lower frequency energies of rejection or protection from anxiety, toxicity and infection.
