A white candle
You are in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed. Light your white candle and focus on the candle flame. The light you see is a reflection of your own Divine inner light.
As you do this clearing your lower mind you will naturally ascend and renew its connection and union with y our higher mind. As this happens your lower mind will awaken further and be elevated to new heights of inspired vision for your life.
Using your breath you can just release any entanglements, resistance, or burdens of your lower mind to Cosmic Intelligence for healing.
