AUM represents the primordial sound vibration through which the universe came into being. The Word of God written about in the Bible.

The AUM symbol I’m using is of Ganesha, the Hindu God that destroys blockages to the flow of increase and abundance into our lives.

Lord Ganesha is often seen paired with Lakshmi, the Hindu Goddess of love, beauty and prosperity. She is the equivalent of the Roman goddess Venus.

The primordial sound AUM, resides in all the elements of the universe.

AUM permeates the earth (-bhUH), water (-bhuvaH), fire (-svaH), air (-mahaH), space/ether (-janaH), intelligence/light (-tapaH) and consciousness/sound (-satyam).

Toning the seed syllable AUM shines light to illuminate your path towards higher consciousness and leads you to your true purpose in life.

Healing Meditation using the seed syllable AUM

BREATHE IN and tone AUM like this.

A – focus your awareness at your lower abdomen and feel the sound vibration -A- centered in your belly.

U – focus your awareness to feel the movement of the sound vibration -U- as it moves up through the center of your spine to your throat. Feel the sound vibration -U- centered in your throat.

M – focus your awareness to feel the movement of the sound vibration -M- as it moves up from your throat through the center of your neck and over the crown of your head.

Summary – Feel the sound vibration of the Seed Syllable AUM as it moves up with the flow of your kundalini energy through the center of your being from your lower abdomen, through your throat and over the crown of your head. Practice this meditation with AUM for a 1-4 minutes.

PLEASE NOTE you can’t do the AUM meditation wrong. You will experience benefits if you just try. Think of it as a spiritual practice and not a vocal performance.

What is your experience when toning the AUM Seed Syllable?

Thanks for being here!
