If you have personal planets or points within 1-2º orb of an aspect that’s occurring between planets then you will feel that celestial event more strongly.
August 11th – We have the 18º 42’ Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse, exact at 2:58am PT. The Moon goes Void of Course exactly at the New Moon. Wait until 8:59pm PT to perform your New Moon ritual when the Moon enters the sign of Virgo.
Just before reaching the exact degree of Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse point the Moon Conjuncts Mercury Retrograde and Squares Jupiter in Scorpio. Jupiter expands what’s activated by the Leo Solar Eclipse.
Look to August 27th & 28th – This is an important window of time for fulfillment of all that’s been conjured into being over the past few months. It’s the time of our Pisces Full Moon when Mercury will Cross over and reactivate the 18º Solar Eclipse New Moon point and once again Squares Jupiter in Scorpio.
Mars will also Station Direct in Capricorn during this same window of time.

August 12th – The New Moon now in Virgo forms a Grand Earth Trine to Uranus in Taurus and Saturn in Capricorn. Grounding the energies set in motion at the Leo Solar Eclipse. There’s ease for manifesting suddenly with far reaching impact into the future. This is the perfect time to perform your New Moon ritual. You want to engage the fecund manifesting energy of the Grand Earth Trine in some way.
August 12th – Mars Retrograde re-enters the sign of Capricorn until August 27th when it Stations Direct at 28º 37’. The last degrees of Capricorn. Now you can really dig into re-viewing initiatives. Your intuition is keenly strong. Insights about this area of your life may occur that elevate you in some way and put you in charge, especially after Mars Stations Direct.
The rest of the week is Moon dominant when the energies of the Leo New Moon Solar Eclipse are nourished by the celestial contacts it makes.

VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions. Essential oils can help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions.
Void of Course Moon periods are great for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. - On August 16th we have a 1 hour Void of Course Moon from :56am PT to 1:54am PT when the Libra Moon enters the sign of Scorpio.
