A synergistic blend of essential oils can be more effective for getting the results you desire than any single essential oil. This NATURAL insect repellent is highly recommended for protection against mosquitoes, fleas, horseflies, chiggers, ants and other insects.
Be safe and healthy this summer with this NATURAL insect repellent that does not contain any DEET (which is known to have toxic side effects).
PURE ESSENTIAL OILS to use in a Synergistic Blend for Mosquito and Insect Protection, include: Lemon Tea Tree, Atlas Cedarwood, Patchouli and Lemongrass Click on each oil to learn about why I recommend it for mosquito and insect protection!
METHODS OF APPLICATION:
BODY OIL MIST: To a 2 ounce colored glass misting bottle filled with your favorite carrier oil add 20 drops of your Mosquito and Insect Protection Synergy Blend of Pure Essential Oils. Shake well and allow oils to synergize for 2 or more hours as time permits. Lightly mist areas of your body you want to protect. Repeat every few hours for lasting protection, or as needed.
A NOTE ABOUT CARRIER OILS: I highly recommend pure light coconut oil as the ideal carrier oil. Coconut oil is fully metabolized by the body and, unlike most oils, not absorbed into the fatty cells and tissues of the body, making it an ideal carrier for essential oils to move through the fat cells beneath the dermis and into the blood vessels serving muscles, etc. As well Light Coconut oil remains liquid at room temperature and, because of its light consistency, will not clog skin pores, making it suitable to use on sensitive or problem skin.
PATIO CANDLE: Add a few drops of your synergy blend to the pool of melted wax in a patio candle
BODY MIST: To a 2 ounce colored glass misting bottle dissolve your synergy blend in a small amount (1/16 tsp) of witch hazel or alcohol and add distilled water for a body mist.
