On June 18th Sun (life force energy) at 27⁰ Gemini Sextiles Uranus (the awakener) in Aries. Great energy for making connections, networking and communications, things can open up for you personally in sudden, unexpected ways. Stay open and optimistic!
Also On June 18th Mercury (communications) Opposes Saturn (authority and structure). You could have a misunderstanding with someone in an authority position like a boss a landlord, or the bank?
It depends how these energies are constellating with your personal planets and points on June 18th, but it looks like there’s opportunity for you to step up and handle things in a mature way to find resolution. It may be as simple as just holding your tongue and waiting it out, letting things settle. Watch for being over reactive as things are set to work out quickly!

Yesterday’s emotional intensity and the potential passion unleashed find suitable outlets and resolution. This is an emotionally rewarding day and, when the Moon (after a 2 hour Void of Course phase) enters Taurus, your emotional body settles down.
June 20th is Solstice Day exact at 9:24pm PT. This is the most stellar Solstice Day I’ve seen in several years now. Time to celebrate and show gratitude for how far you’ve come. There’s a deep sense of well-being available this day.
Here’s the line-up of planetary aspects:
Venus (the planet of love and pleasure) at 14⁰ Taurus Sextiles Neptune in Pisces (Retrograde). Tremendous opportunities for love on both a personal and planetary level.
Mercury at 27⁰ Gemini Sextiles Uranus in Aries. Open free communications, fun unexpected social events can happen.
Moon (emotional well-being) is conjunct Venus (love) Sextile to Mars (planet of desire, energy and action) in Cancer and Sextile to Neptune (dreams) in Pisces and Trine to Pluto (power to transform and heal) in Capricorn.
Mars is also moving to form an exact Trine to Neptune on Solstice Day which perfects on June 25th during the time of the Cancer New Moon!
There is incredible creative energy available to you now, make the most of it!!
On June 21st Mercury enters the sign of Cancer until July 5th. The focus of your mental activity and communications will be related to family matters, or things centered in the home like a re-model, or addition to the family, maybe a home business, or planning a wedding?
On June 23rd we have the 2⁰ Cancer New Moon exact at 7:31pm PT.
The Cancer New Moon is very friendly though some over reach for what is possible could be at play.
Here’s the line-up of planetary aspects:
Cancer New Moon is Conjunct Mercury. This marks a new beginning for you in communications or mode of connecting in this area of your life (look in your chart to see where the Cancer New Moon is located and check meaning of 12 houses below to find out more).
Cancer New Moon is Conjunct Mars (planet of energy and action). This gives you lots of energy to implement new beginnings and make a fresh new start in this area of your life.
So, the Cancer New Moon is making a triple conjunction which gives a lot of thrust for this new beginning that’s starting now.
Cancer New Moon is Trine to Neptune in Pisces. This signifies the realization of a dream come true.
Cancer New Moon is Sextile to Venus (planet of love) in Taurus. These are two of the primary feminine planets of the zodiac. Good juicy, feel good energy and opportunity for feeling good now.
The only challenges I see to the Cancer New Moon is that it’s forming a loose T-Square with Jupiter in LIbra and an Opposition with Pluto in Capricorn. So, there can be over reach and power struggles involved if you allow your ego to get involved. Just relax, be open, stay optimistic and allow things to unfold naturally, no forcing things to happen.
Also Mars in Cancer Squares Jupiter in Libra and is within orb of opposing Pluto. This just reinforces what I said about watching for over reach. Reaching for more than the present circumstances support. Stay relaxed, open and optimistic and allow things to unfold naturally.
The Cancer Moon will also Square Uranus in Aries just as it goes Void of Course forming a ‘loose’ Grand Cardinal Cross. A Grand Cardinal Cross attached to this Cancer New Moon beginning (even though loose) indicates a bit of letting go and passing a trial or some sort of test(s) may be in order to fully access what’s available. You can do it!
VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions. Essential oils can help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions.
These are great periods for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
Void of Course Moon Phases are not good for starting new projects, or launching new ventures, or having meetings (if you want to achieve anything), or signing contracts and making agreements as it’s less likely anything will come of any agreement, or it will be sluggish and slow to start.
