25º Gemini Full Moon

Aloha and welcome to Moonscopes Astrology. On today’s show you’ll find out the astrology details for the Gemini Full Moon on December 17th with a general forecast for each Zodiac Sign.

On December 17th we have the Gemini Full Moon at 25º Gemini exact at 1:28am PT. The Gemini Full Moon goes Void of Course exactly at the Full Moon so wait until the Moon enters Cancer later in the day at 10:17am PT.
Full Moons bring illumination to the area of your life where the Full Moon is located.
The Sabian symbol for 25º Gemini is “A gardener trimming large palm trees.” Contemplate this symbol to find out what message it has for you.
The celestial energies opening you to your Gemini Full experience are light and filled with opportunities for you. There has been a dramatic shift from the heaviness that went on since September with so much celestial activity in Scorpio.
Mars moved into Libra for an eight month LONG stay. Mars enjoys being in the sign of his Cosmic Lover Libra ruled by Venus. There are a few potential tense moments when you have an opportunity for being gracious and engaging with others and your environment for fair, just and win-win outcomes. Now is the time for co-operation and to partner with others, not go it alone.
With an attitude of co-operation you will accomplish much during Mars’ transit through Libra. I’ll talk more about Mars in Libra as an activator for collective co-operation at an individual grass roots level in upcoming videos and blog posts.
Mercury is in Sagittarius now, so your mental energies are expansive and you are open to grand ideas, full of inspiration. You have a more light hearted, playful attitude about life. Mercury in Sag is great for Christmas Holiday gatherings and meeting new people.
On December 10th Mercury at 8º Sagittarius Trines Uranus in Aries. This is a wonderful time for communicating with others and having brilliant exchanges. Your mind is active and alert with fresh inventive ideas. Expect to have some wonderful exchanges and connections with others.
On December 12th Jupiter Retrograde at 18º Cancer exactly Trines Saturn at 18º Scorpio. This is the second exact Trine between Jupiter and Saturn you’ll experience. The first occurred last July. This is the perfect combination for giving form to an inspiration of yours. The areas of your life where Jupiter and Saturn are located are most influenced by this aspect. They’ll form an exact Trine once more this May until then the Trine energy continues building to bring an inspiration of yours into a stable and grounded material form.
The energies leading you to the Gemini Full Moon on December 17th are very pleasant and hospitable.
On December 17th the day of the Gemini Full Moon Uranus stations Direct at 8º Aries. Uranus is in a harmonious Sextile to the Gemini Full Moon.
Uranus has been Retrograde since July, so if something has been stalled or slowed down in your life since then it is set for sudden forward movement, especially in the houses where the Gemini Full Moon and Uranus are located. Uranus is a potent instigating force and aligns well with the Sagittarius Sun and Mercury.
The astrology of the Gemini Full Moon includes an Opposition of the Gemini Full Moon to Mercury conjunct the Sun in Sagittarius.
The opposition between the Gemini Full Moon and Mercury conjunct the Sun in Sagittarius indicates an illumination and communication around an agreement that is now being fulfilled or perhaps needs to be renegotiated or ended at this time.
There’s always a feeling of completion with a Full Moon. It’s a time of celebration and then release of the old as the light of the moon begins to wane over the next two weeks.
Look in your chart to see what houses celestial bodies are located for an idea about the material form they may be taking in your own personal life.
The Gemini Full Moon may bring sudden and unexpected good news for you and has a fairly wide degree orb of influence between 8º and 26º and positively affects all Fire and Air signs though especially Gemini, Sag and Aries. On December 21st we have the Solstice when the Sun enters Capricorn at 9:11am PT. The Solstice is the shortest day in the northern hemisphere and the longest day in the southern. It’s a day of ending as a new beginning dawns. Today you celebrate the natural cycle of life – death and rebirth. The Solstice mark the fullness of nature’s season as it births a new cycle.

On December 24th Christmas eve Mercury enters Capricorn and your thoughts become more serious and concerned with more practical and mundane matters until the 12th of January when Mercury enters Aquarius.
On December 24th the Sun at 3 degrees Capricorn Sextiles Neptune in Pisces and then on the 30th Sextiles Chiron. Your higher imagination and spiritual feelings are sparked. Your heart is open and willing to receive the healing opportunity that is available to you now.
On December 25th a Grand Cardinal T-Square is activated between Mars conjunct the Moon at 8º Libra in Opposition to Uranus at 8º Aries and Square to Mercury, the Sun and Pluto in Capricorn.
Venus Retrograde in Capricorn also mixes with this energy loosely, as well as Jupiter and Lilith in Cancer forming a Grand Cardinal Cross that intensifies and peaks on December 31st New Year’s eve.

Collectively we are collectively elevating our collective consciousness to co-operate and increase your awareness about being in partnership with others and your environment. The 1+4 = 5 which is a number of media and communication and indicates rapid change and evolution through networking and making connections of all kinds. The 1 represents the individual creating stability through growth and change. Could be change in your environment, in your attitudes and way of thinking and being in the world. Your emotional life will continue to feel in flux with sudden shifts in tides.

SAGITTARIUS – this is your once a year lunar return. It’s your time for returning to yourself and feeling inspired about your future dreams. Your sense of renewed inspiration prompts forward movement, especially in the area of your life where the Sagittarius New Moon is located. You can set your New Moon intentions with faith and assurance about your future.
CAPRICORN – the return of Venus to your sign has sweetened your life a bit and though you are being less stern of a taskmaster with yourself you are still undergoing deep internal excavation of your core essence. You are challenged to deepen in your sense of self. Get real, mine the depths and realize greater golden opportunities in your future.
AQUARIUS – you really feel a warm energetic boost from the Sagittarius New Moon’s Trine to your ruling planet of Uranus. Saturn’s Square to Aquarius has grounded your usual eccentric and upbeat mental sphere with the reality of your life circumstances that must be dealt with. Now you download fresh inspired visions. You must get grounded and attend to the practical details of your life if you’re to realize your inspirations. Set your intentions, make practical plans for realizing them and take consistent action.
PISCES – your emotional life has become less turbulent now that Neptune and Chiron are moving Direct again in Pisces. Your intuition has deepened and you’re feeling more trustworthy of yourself and the life process in general. Jupiter ruler of the Sagittarius New Moon is your old ruler and offers you a new beginning in the area of your life where the Sagittarius New Moon is located. Set intentions for your imaginations to be realized and continue to flow with life events to realize them. Synchronistic events are likely to increase over the next several months. You may also experience the return of emotions, people and things you love from your past.
ARIES – now is your time for taking action and moving forward with a project or change you’ve desired as Uranus in you sign gets a boost from its Trine to the Sagittarius New Moon conjunct the Sun. And your ruling planet Mars is in a nice conversation with Mercury that spells opportunities that surface from connecting, networking and communicating with your world.
TAURUS – now is a time for you to rest after the BIG release and letting go you recently experienced. You’re headed into a review period and you’ll shift from physical action to beautifying your thoughts about how your life has been unfolding until now. You’ll be refining and harmonizing the alignment between your body and mind over the coming months. It’s a great time to meditate, journal and connect more deeply with yourself and enjoy your favorite creature comforts and being at home.
GEMINI – you’re about to realize something BIG in your life experience related to your soul essence and the core of your being. I’ll write more about this in my Gemini Full Moon Astrology Video. You’re entering an exciting two week period of realization and illumination when big dreams may be realized and petty grievances put to rest for good.
CANCER – Jupiter continues to expand and heal your soul essence. You deepen emotionally and connect with what’s most important to you now. Jupiter ruler of the Sagittarius New Moon and the Moon ruler of your sign symbolize a blessed union within yourself. Set your intentions to love and honor yourself and your loved ones. This is an excellent time to begin a Self Healing regimen for your body, mind and emotions. Let yourself rest, relax and feel renewed. This can be a very peaceful time for you if you let it.
LEO – the Sagittarius New Moon conjunct the Sun and Trine to Uranus forms a Grand Trine to your sign of Leo. This time can be especially rewarding for you when you can enjoy the return of light and fire in your life. Especially if your Sun, Moon, ASC or MC are within 1-3º orb of the 11º Sagittarius New Moon. Life will be going your way dear Leo between now and the Gemini Full Moon when Uranus Stations Direct. During this time you experience a turn around of events that favor your advancement once again! Saturn has now had its way with Leo’s born before the 6th of August and rewards are forthcoming for you.
VIRGO – you’ll enjoy Mars Sextile to Mercury joining up with the Sagittarius New Moon influence, especially those of you born in the later degrees of Virgo. You could have some sudden opportunity come your way now. As Mars leaves your sign you’ll begin to feel you can take it easier. The energy may have been frenetic and a lot happening in your head over the past six weeks. Mercury’s station in Scorpio really bogged things down for Virgo and now as Mars moves into Libra and Mercury moves into Sagittarius you’ll begin to realize the practical details of all the ideas you had when Mars transited through Virgo.
LIBRA – you’re about to get very busy with networking and in your relationships. Set your intentions and make a plan for how you desire things to go otherwise there can be lots of mental chatter with no results to show for it. Though Mars will have you feeling very passionate, the downside of Mars transit through Libra is the potential for disagreements. It is a time when you can get a tremendous amount done if you have a plan and stay focused.
SCORPIO – you deserve an award for wading through the intensity of emotions that have assailed you recently. The pressures for change and transformation have been intense and I hope you’ve born up under the assaults waged by Saturn’s transit through your sign, the North Node and all your personal planets hanging out in Scorpio and Mercury’s Retrograde conjuncting the whole bunch a few times. You’ve connected more deeply to yourself and now Saturn will help you integrate the depths that you’ve mined within yourself and stabilize you. When Saturn’s completed its transit next fall you will have such a deep tap root of self belonging and self worth that you will be unshakeable and unstoppable. The world needs what you bring to us now! The work you’re doing is priceless and will pay off tremendous dividends.
