On November 18th – 26º Scorpio New Moon. A new moon always represents a seed point. When the Moon is New she is most fertile. At the time when the Sun joins with her she is impregnated with the Sun’s seed of creation. The elemental force of the sign that the Moon and Sun are in at the time of their joining is like the DNA of what is being birthed. This month the DNA is Scorpio. The baby birthed potential of the New Moon is flavored by the planets and points the Sun and Moon are in aspect to at this same time.
The Scorpio New Moon is Sextile to Pluto in Capricorn which adds extra Plutonian depth charge to what’s occurring now. Scorpio gives you a love for the Divine mysteries of life. If you feel a deep urge to explore the unseen and darkest regions of the human psyche then you have a strong Plutonian influence in your natal chart.
On November 18th – Mercury at 17º Sagittarius is Sextile to Mars in Libra which brings opportunities for connections, taking action and getting things going.
Though the aspects the Scorpio New Moon is making are few they are extremely potent with the energy necessary to catapult the inspirations birthed at this time into the distant future.
On November 19th – Mars at 17º exactly Squares Pluto in Capricorn. This represents something like an old pattern that need to be jettisoned to get full lift off. Its like the first stage of the rocket ship that carried fuel for the first stage that’s been used up now needs to be jettisoned, so the rocket ship isn’t burdened by the extra weight. You need to reach escape velocity to break the force of old habits. Pluto is a much greater force than Mars which burns up its energy fast. Mars being in Libra also makes it easier to adapt and let go of anything that may be holding you back. Go for the renewal and regeneration of the old. Now is the perfect time to let go of old baggage and ways of being and doing things.
On November 21st – Venus at 17º Scorpio perfects her exact Sextile to Pluto which was within 4º orb at time of the Scorpio New Moon. This should really help things get going and can bring you powerful connections and influences to aid your cause or projects.
On November 21st – The Sun enters Sagittarius until the Winter Solstice on December 21st. This is like having a Conjunction between the Sun (think summer time energy) and Jupiter (jovial Santa Claus, bringer of prosperity and abundance). If you channel this energy right your spirits can remain bright and you can enjoy rather than muddle through a few of the tricky transits we have coming up this month.
On November 22nd – Neptune at 11º Pisces Stations Direct. Yay!! If you’ve felt a Major slow down with realizing your dreams in the area of your life where Neptune is located now you’ll begin to feel full forward momentum return. Check the house where Pisces is located in your natural chart and where Neptune is now transiting and then the ‘Meaning of the 12 Houses’ for insights. You can also check meaning of the 12th house. Neptune Stationed Retrograde on June 16th at 14º Pisces. What was happening then that slowed down or even fell apart? Now things will slowly begin to move forward again and get back on track, possibly even better than you’d imagined.
On November 17th – Mercury entered its retrograde shadow at 13⁰ Sagittarius. Mercury Retrogrades on December 2nd at 29⁰ 18′ Sagittarius.

2018 HOW IT STARTS!
Have you ever heard the expression, “How things start is how they go?” Pay especial attention to how 2018 starts for you this year!
At the New Year 2018 Mercury is still in its Retrograde Shadow until January 10th when it reaches 29º 18′ Sagittarius, the degree where it Stationed Retrograde on December 2, 2017. This means the new upgrades in your attitudes and thought processes during Mercury Retrograde are still coming online and being integrated.
At the New Year Uranus (the Awakener and higher octave of Mercury) is Stationed (not moving) and on January 2nd at 24º Aries Moves Direct. If you have one or more planets or points at 24º (or within 1-2 degrees) in any sign, but especially Aries, or the fire signs Sagittarius and Leo (which are forming a Fire Trine with Uranus in Aries) at this time and throughout the entire year of 2018 you will have extraordinary opportunities to break free and realize your dreams.

- December 6th, Exact at 1:22pm PT – Mercury Stations Direct at 27º 18’ Scorpio

VOID OF COURSE MOON PERIODS
The moon represents your emotional needs. Your emotions fluctuate with the moon as it moves through its 28-day cycle around the zodiac from new moon to full and back to new. Notice how the moon’s placement in the zodiac affects your mood and emotions. Essential oils can help stabilize your mind and emotions. Generally earthy scents have the most harmonizing and stabilizing effects on the emotions.
Void of Course Moon periods are great for taking it easy and going with the flow of events and completing projects. During Void of Course Moons your emotional body is going through a period of processing and integrating your recent experiences. You naturally clear out your emotions during these periods. Doing things that helps with this natural process are especially helpful now, i.e. relaxation, yoga, movement, hot baths with sea salts and essential oils, focused breathing.
Void of Course Moon Phases are not good for starting new projects, or launching new ventures, or having meetings (if you want to achieve anything), or signing contracts and making agreements as it’s less likely anything will come of any agreement, or it will be sluggish and slow to start.
